The concept that we do not negotiate for hostages was dispelled by the horrendous trade for Bowe Bergdahl. Now, the Obama administration has made another stupid deal in Iran without utilizing the leverage of sanctions to secure the release of prisoners who should not be held.
Which is it? Do we negotiate for prisoners or not?
