This sentiment has been proven time and time again throughout history. The only way to truly secure peace is through strength. It’s not even up for debate. Unfortunately, the current President of the United States has never believed in this concept which is why the world is in the worst condition that it’s seen in centuries.
The two World Wars demonstrated very clearly that passive attempts at peace were rewarded with bloodshed. Only when the nations rose and took charge of the situation through strength were the oppressors taken down and peace was given its chance to reign for a while.
