John Wayne on Negotiations

John Wayne on Negotiations

There’s something that can be said about strength. Nobody likes to be on the bad side of someone who has strength and is willing to use it. When it comes to the negotiations table, the strong almost always have the upper hand.

If John Wayne were around today, he would likely be very opposed to the way that the country has bowed to others. From Russia to Iran, North Korean hackers to Chinese cyberterrorists, the United States has become more of a punching bag than the leader of the free world. Our enemies are negotiating from a position of strength while we continue to fail at winning their hearts and minds. There’s a simpler way to do things.
