None of the Democrats, Including Donald Trump, can be Allowed to Pick the Supreme Court Justices

Very little has actually changed with the importance of Supreme Court appointments for the next President other than the fact that Antonin Scalia’s death has brought it into the spotlight. Even before his death, this was hugely important. Now, more people are aware.

Even had Scalia not died, his seat on the bench was considered likely to come up for the next President to replace. He was 79-years-old and Justices have retired at earlier ages. He wasn’t the only one who’s getting on in years; Anthony Kennedy is 79, Ruth Bader Ginsburg is 82, and Stephen Breyer is 77.

With the current makeup of the Supreme Court, it is imperative that we have a solid conservative Republican win the Presidential election. Ted Cruz is the best choice for this, of course, but as long as it isn’t one of the three Democrats running for the Presidency, we should be okay. To those who would like to point out that Donald Trump isn’t a Democrat, I would recommend looking at his policies other than immigration. Drink some truth serum, then ask yourself if you can truly call his current positions of supporting affirmative action, touchback amnesty, progressive taxes, entitlement defense, funding Planned Parenthood, socialized healthcare, or any of his other non-immigration-related policies the type that a Republican would support. Again, don’t forget the truth serum. It’s easy to lie and claim he’s a Republican as he has done many times.

Back on topic – if any of the three Democrats are sworn in as President, we will lose certain rights. This isn’t conspiracy theory. This is guaranteed. We will have the 2nd Amendment curtailed or replaced. The 1st Amendment will be attacked. Roe v. Wade will be strengthened. States’ rights will be reduced. Climate change legislation will be protected. Gay marriage will be advanced even further. Most importantly, religious liberties will be part of the 1st Amendment attacks that will result in their essential removal.

This is something we’ve been passionate about for some time. Scalia’s death is tragic and will likely cause repercussions this year to the point that one must at least consider the possibility that his death wasn’t nature. Not to dwell on conspiracy theories, but it is very suspicious.

If the Democrats are elected, the country will not fall to legislative missteps or oppressive executive actions. It will fall as a result of the Supreme Court’s expanded attacks on the Constitution. We must put a conservative in the White House no matter what.

Update: To those thinking I’m the only one who thinks Trump is a Democrat, there are plenty of others who believe the same thing.
