The story itself is almost a year old, but it’s interesting that it didn’t get much press when it happened. The Daily Mail has always rested on the edge of mainstream and alternative news, so the fact that the story comes from here and few other places is not surprising.
Amulets in Denmark have been translated to represent Thor’s Hammer. More importantly, they point to being protection from “giants,” something that has Biblical enthusiasts pointing to Genesis 6 and the apocryphal Book of Enoch which tell of Nephilim and giants in the lands that were born from fallen angels mating with human women.
