Colossians 3:2 (KVJ)
Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
There are certain verses that do not need interpretation as much as they need reiteration. This is a verse that should be embedded in our minds and repeated by our mouths every day. We are sinners and the distractions of the world are extremely compelling, but if we look to love our Lord and forsake the pleasures of this world, we will be heading in the right direction in our lives.
