For centuries, the prevailing theory about the identity of the Antichrist has been that it will be someone coming out of the Roman empire. This theory has been based upon a handful of verses in the Book of Daniel and the Revelation of St John the Divine. The evidence might be pointing to the Roman empire as being the fourth empire in Daniel 2, but a more compelling argument might be made for the “Muslim empire” holding the future (or current) Antichrist.
In the videos below, Joel Richardson does a pretty comprehensive study on this theory and comes to the conclusion that an “Islamic End-Time Paradigm” is the one that makes the most sense. While we don’t agree with everything he says, much of it does seem to ring true. Watch the videos and decide for yourself.
